This is an actual cup and saucer used for afternoon "High Tea" in the lobby of the Grand Hotel.  The geraniums are painted in acrylic and were painted specifically for the art show at the hotel.
Though the cup is certainly food safe as it was used as such at the hotel, the art isn't necessarily water safe.  It is recommended to keep this for the purpose of art rather than as drinkware.
